Trade By Focus provides software tools for MetaTrader 5, including custom Expert Advisors and the Trading Station trade management platform. Nothing on this platform — including our AI chat, analysis reports, strategy descriptions, pre-built tasks, schedules, or any other content — constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to trade any financial instrument.
2. Trading Risks
Trading foreign exchange, contracts for difference (CFDs), cryptocurrencies, and other financial instruments on margin carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You could sustain a loss of some or all of your invested capital. You should seek advice from an independent financial adviser if you have any doubts.
3. Past Performance
Past performance of any Expert Advisor, pre-built strategy, backtested result, or live trading result does not guarantee future performance. Any performance figures shown on this platform — including figures relating to pre-built strategies such as the XAUUSD gold task — are based on backtesting and/or demo account results. They are provided for illustrative purposes only and do not represent guaranteed or likely future returns.
4. Trading Station and Automated Execution
By using Trading Station to execute manual trades or activate automated tasks and schedules:
- You acknowledge that you are placing real trades on a live account at your own risk
- You accept that execution depends on your MT5 platform, your broker, and your internet connection — all outside Trade By Focus's control
- You accept that Trade By Focus is not liable for any losses arising from trades executed via the platform, including trades placed by automated tasks or schedules you have activated
- You are solely responsible for monitoring your account and any active automations
- You should deactivate any tasks or schedules when you do not wish trades to be placed
5. Your Responsibility
- All trading decisions are made solely by you at your own risk
- You are responsible for configuring your EA and task settings appropriately
- You are responsible for monitoring your account and active automations
- You should test any EA or task on a demo account before using it on a live account
- You should never risk more than you can afford to lose
6. VT Markets Affiliate Arrangement
Trading Station access is provided free of charge subject to opening and funding a VT Markets account under our affiliate arrangement. Trade By Focus receives a commission from VT Markets. This arrangement does not affect the quality of services provided. We recommend you review VT Markets' own terms, conditions, and risk warnings before opening an account.
7. Regulatory Status
Trade By Focus is a software development service. We are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) or any other financial regulatory body. We do not hold client funds, provide investment management, or operate as a broker.
8. Limitation of Liability
Trade By Focus, its operator, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any financial losses, damages, or costs incurred as a result of using our Expert Advisors, Trading Station, tasks, schedules, or any other feature of the platform. This includes losses from trades executed by an EA or automated task, system failures, connectivity issues, feed outages, delayed command execution, or broker-related problems.
