We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase — no questions asked.
1. Scope
This policy applies to paid purchases made through the Trade By Focus EA Builder. Trading Station is currently provided free of charge — no payment is taken and no refund mechanism applies.
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your EA Builder purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your payment date. No questions asked.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email james@tradebyfocus.com or use the Messages section in your portal. Refunds are processed via Stripe to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
4. What Happens on Refund
- Your credits for that order are revoked
- EA licenses associated with that order are deactivated
- EA files become inaccessible in the portal
- A minimal record is retained for fraud prevention
5. After 30 Days
After the 30-day period, refunds are not available for digital goods that have been delivered and are functioning as described.
6. Non-Functional EA
If your EA fails to compile or is non-functional due to a fault on our side, we will resolve the issue or provide a full refund regardless of the 30-day window.
7. Subscriptions
Where subscription pricing is introduced in future: you may cancel at any time. Access continues to the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused days.
8. VT Markets
Refund of any VT Markets deposit is governed entirely by VT Markets' own terms and is outside the scope of this policy. Trade By Focus does not handle or process VT Markets funds.
