7-Day Free Trial
Every subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged until the trial ends, so you can try Trade By Focus risk-free and cancel any time before then.
1. Scope
This policy explains how the free trial, billing, and cancellation work for Trade By Focus subscriptions. Trade By Focus is a monitoring and management companion app for your existing MetaTrader 5 account.
2. Free Trial
Every new subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. We do not charge you during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are never charged. If you do not cancel, your subscription begins automatically and your first payment is taken at the end of the trial.
3. Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel at any time from the billing section of your account. When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it does not renew after that. For help, email james@tradebyfocus.com or use the Messages section in your portal.
4. When Your Subscription Ends
- Access to paid features stops at the end of the period you have paid for
- Your account itself remains, and you can resubscribe at any time
- A minimal record is retained for fraud prevention
5. Refunds
We do not provide partial refunds for unused days within a paid subscription period. The 7-day free trial is there so you can evaluate Trade By Focus fully before any payment is taken.
6. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects any rights you have under applicable law — including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — that cannot be excluded or limited.
7. Payments
Subscriptions are billed in US dollars and managed through our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your card details. Prices exclude any taxes that may apply where you live.
