There Is a Screen That Ranks Every Telegram Signal Group by Actual Results
Most traders vet a signal group the same way. They scroll the Telegram channel, count the green screenshots, read a few testimonials, maybe ask in a forum. Then they follow it, copy a few trades manually, and find out three weeks later that the group was only posting the winners.
There is a better way to do this. Your MT5 account can access it right now, and almost nobody knows it exists.
What telegram signal group ranking performance actually looks like inside Trade By Focus
Trade By Focus has a screen called Signal Rankings. It doesn't pull from what groups post in their channels. It tracks calls against live prices, from every group being copied on the platform, and ranks them on what actually happened.
Wins are in there. So are losses. So is the full record.
You see things like: how many calls a group sent this month, what percentage of them hit their target, what the average result looked like, how many were stopped out. Not the curated screenshot history the group owner chose to post. The real thing.
That distinction matters more than it sounds. A group can run a Telegram channel that looks flawless for six months and have a genuinely terrible underlying strike rate. They just don't post the losses. Signal Rankings doesn't ask them. It tracks the calls independently and shows you what happened.
How to read the ranking before you connect anything
Open Signal Rankings and you'll see groups listed with their key numbers beside them: total calls, win rate, and results over the last 7, 30, or 90 days. You can filter by timeframe, which is useful because a group that looked good over all time might have gone cold in the last month. That's worth knowing before you hand it access to your account.
Click into any group and the individual calls are there. Entry price, direction, what the target was, where it got stopped or where it closed. You're not taking the group's word for anything. The platform priced each call against the market and recorded what occurred.
I spent about eighteen months following a gold signals group before I had access to something like this. Manually copying, second-guessing entries, trying to judge by feel whether the results were real. The group looked credible. Decent following, confident posts, regular updates. Would have known inside ten minutes with a tool like this that the win rate was quietly falling off a cliff.
Building a shortlist from data rather than gut feel
The point of the ranking screen is that it replaces the gut-feel vetting process with a data-based shortlist. You're not trying to guess which group is honest by reading their channel voice. You're looking at ranked outcomes and filtering down before you commit to following anyone.
A reasonable approach: filter for groups with at least 30 calls in the last 90 days (small samples lie), look at win rate alongside average result (a 70% win rate with tiny wins and large losses is not a good group), and check the recent 30-day numbers against the all-time numbers to see whether performance is stable or drifting.
Once you've got a shortlist of two or three groups that look credible, there's another step available before you auto-trade anything. Monitor-only mode lets you log a group's calls without placing a single trade. You see every call appear in real time, mapped against the chart, and you can watch what the market does with it for a week or two. No risk, no position open, just the group being tracked while you observe.
That combination, a ranked shortlist followed by a monitor period, is a completely different process to the screenshot-scrolling most people are doing.
What happens when you do connect a group
When you're ready to follow a group properly, Trade By Focus connects to it through your existing Telegram membership. No bot to add, nothing for the group owner to see or approve. You're already in the group; the platform reads the calls and acts on them.
A single-price call becomes a pending order on your MT5 account. An entry-range call becomes a Range Watch zone on your live chart, a draggable zone you can widen or narrow before it fills. You can apply your own preset to the call, with your lot size, your stop distance, up to five take-profit levels, and auto-breakeven that triggers the moment TP1 hits. Or you can follow the group's call exactly if you prefer.
There's also a daily loss limit per group. Set it to whatever drawdown you're comfortable absorbing in a day, and once that figure is hit, the group stops opening anything new until the next session. It's a straightforward way to cap downside if a group starts behaving badly without you noticing.
The full signal group setup is explained elsewhere on the blog, so this post is specifically about what happens before any of that: the research phase, done properly.
Why this changes the decision
The old process was: find a group, trust it or don't, find out the hard way. The new process is: look at ranked outcomes for every group on the platform, filter to a shortlist on data, monitor before committing, and only then connect.
The ranking includes losses. That's the thing. Most signal providers control their own public record by simply not posting when they're wrong. Signal Rankings doesn't let them do that. Every call gets tracked whether the group mentions it or not, and the results are published in full.
There are groups on the platform with genuinely strong records. There are groups that look impressive until you sort by the last 30 days. There are groups you'd never have filtered out without this screen. Now you can filter before a single trade goes through.
