Automated trading for MT5, ranked on real results

Every automation we build is traded live on a demo account under real market conditions, and its whole record is published: every trade, losses included. The Automation Leaderboard ranks hundreds of them across gold, forex, indices and Bitcoin, so you can choose on evidence rather than on a sales page.

Pick one and it runs on your own MT5 account with your own trade size and protection. Choose whether it only notifies you, asks you first with a countdown, or places the trade automatically.

What it does

Features

Ranked on live records

Look at the last 7, 30 or 90 days or the whole record. Sort by return, return for the risk taken, win rate, trades per week, weeks live or smallest worst drop, and filter by strategy type, profit factor, average reward to risk and more.

Watch any trade back

Every trade can be replayed on the chart: entry, stop, take profits and where it actually closed.

Tested against live

Once a strategy has been live for three weeks, its tested record is shown beside its live one, so you can see whether it is holding up.

Proven Live tag

A strategy whose live demo record meets a published set of tests (length of record, steady months, recovery from its worst week, small typical losses) carries a Proven Live tag, re-checked daily.

Your own protection

Each automation uses your own preset for size, stop loss, take profits, break-even and trailing stop, with a daily trade cap and daily loss and profit stops.

Every setting

Default: Off

Daily loss limit (cash)

The same daily loss limit as a cash amount. If set, it is used instead of the percentage.

Default: Not set — the percentage is used

Daily profit stop (percentage)

Stops this automation for the rest of the day once its own trades have made this percentage of your account, so a good day is banked instead of given back.

Default: Off

Daily profit stop (cash)

The same daily profit stop as a cash amount. If set, it is used instead of the percentage.

Default: Not set — the percentage is used

Daily loss limit — what happens when it is reached

When the daily loss limit is reached: stop trading for the day and leave open trades alone, or also close this automation's own open trades.

  • Stop trading for the day (open trades are left alone)
  • Close this automation's open trades as well

Daily profit stop — what happens when it is reached

When the daily profit stop is reached: stop new trades, or also close this automation's open trades so the profit is banked.

  • Stop new trades (open trades are left alone)
  • Close this automation's open trades as well

Default: Stop new trades (open trades are left alone)

Questions

Automations and the Automation Leaderboard, answered

Are the results real?

They are real, unedited trades on demo accounts at live prices, so spread and slippage are in them. They show what a strategy has done, not what it will do, and any strategy can stop working.

Do I need to code or install an expert advisor?

No. You choose a strategy in the app and it runs on our servers against your hosted MT5 connection.
